MMO AND NETWORKED AND SINGLE PLAYER (with NPCs) (Multiplayer must not fail... ever!!)
A huge game and if you were to not log in for a month then you would not be at a disadvantage
Must be graphic: cute
Building - limited resources. All resources can be replenished at any time.
Progressive through time - thriving world: tourists, islands, space travel
People would have the advantages if they joined later on because they wouldn't have to go through the earlier stages of production
Ownership of each individual square, you can not pass through someone else's land, usless declaring an official battle/war. Or unless you're allies with them.
Allies- If you are allies with someone then they can walk over your land and vice versa. There is a list of allies. No trading between allies, because then someone could log in with multiple users and give themselves things.
Ownership- only one log in player can control people or own land for them.
Land owned by noone can be taken over by someone
Wild animals (and possibly cannibals) living in the jungles (i.e. no mans land) and can attack anybody.
If you are out of your borders you can be attacked without warning.
When you start out you are given a set amount of "ingredients" and resources. These are the same for everybody and the different ingredents can be combined in different ways to make landscapes
Land is taken over by a building and a radius around a building (predefined for every individual building)
If you are not online then there are a set of predefined responses to any possibly scenario/situation.
You can only send as many soldiers as they have. Each type of person has a battle rank, and your battle rank for the offending army must equal the battle rank of the defending army.
emploration - map and such. The starting land will be an island of grass, and the texture of the land will be made by the elements. Your land: White, enemies: red, noman: normal green, allies: blue, fog of war: black, mining: grey, forests, dark green, water: dark blue, sand: yellow.
The fog of war will be removed when people move over the land, and then replaced when people move back, but any signifant features on the land will be retained in the minimap.
Minimap in corner, any important/significant landmarks seen will be coloured onto the map.
You start off with basic workers, and then you can set a defined reaction for each of them under any circumstance.
You need a list of people you have. Every indicidual unit or player must be controllable and must be controlled by a preset set of orders.
When 2 people of different types meet up, a chat window opens!
Reasoning/conversion (priest!!)
