You are looking at a hitodama

A floating ball of fire, hitodama are believed to be the spirits of the recent dead.
These spirits are often found in graveyards and in dark, wooded areas.
They are usually a blueish hue, but have been known to display other colors.
Hitodama are often attracted to people with strong psychic energy, and are usually harmless.

Many people liken hitodama to Will of the Wisps, but they are related only in appearance.
