You are looking at a quest thought for wolis

Things have been challenging with me. I'm planning to get a 2nd job to make ends meet, so my time is getting more and more precious.

Quest objects/dispensers sounds interesting. Your idea would be good for managing personal quests, which are really just tasks given to players. So it makes sense that the task is an object given that tracks the statsus of the quest.

Once players graduate from combat school or train all they can to the initial cap in magic, it makes sense to be able to gain skill cap boosts via personal quests.

So for instance a mystic NPC could check a player's skill cap for mysticism and provide a task for them to pursue. Upon completion, they gain a few points to their cap. Perhaps the same quest could be given for a small range of cap and a harder one given for the next range.

Likewise, a fighter persona could send combat skilled people to fight battles or

Or consider a kingly NPC who keeps track of seige breaches in walls, troops placement, etc. This persona could issue quests based on the state of the city: go fix a wall, deliver a message to a general, scout an area, kill a menace, seige an enemy city, guard a caravan, etc.

The possibilities are endless, as is the time to build them all.

Also, we should consider the idea of a quest market. Are there quests that are highly desired that players can buy from other players to complete for the prize?
