.. and as the light started to set in the west, wolis decided to venture into Thorn's castle and have a little look around.
The only trouble was the guard.. how to get past, given that wolis is not too strong and only has but a simple club of healing.
"I know, Ill use lots of spells.. that will do the trick" thought wolis however he discovered a decided lack of ability in any offensive spells.
So his journey began after consulting find: [the info about magic] which very helpfully points one in the right (or should I say east) direction.
"The going was tough.. and being night time, I went through a few candles" narrated wolis "and then I finally found the simple yet problematic maze"
It didn't take wolis long to solve this puzzle, more for the careful crafting of the world than his mental abilities. So now with a twinkle in his eyes, and a glowing light around him after casting a light spell, wolis set back to see what mysteries away within Thorns castle.
