You are looking at a recipe for banana nut bread

This is Brian Schaffler's secret recipe for a moist, buttery banana nut bread loaded with banana flavor. He must have accidently dropped it here.

Ingredients:

1 cup European style high fat butter
2 cups light brown muscovado sugar
4 organic free range chicken eggs
3/8 teaspoon ancient sea salt
2 teaspoons natural baking soda
3 1/4 cups white whole wheat flour
3/4 cups whole rye flour
6 large organic bananas, very ripe, mashed
1 cup coarsely chopped wild black walnuts
2 teaspoons ground organic cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground organic all spice
1 teaspoon freshly grated organic nutmeg
1 tablespoon finely minced fresh ginger root
2 tablespoons demerara sugar
1 large bottle of dark rum

Preparation:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift dry ingredients together; add to creamed mixture. Stir in bananas, ginger, and chopped pecans.
Pour banana nut bread batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans; sprinkle the demerara sugar on top of the batter; drink the rum; bake the bread at 325° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Enjoy the Banana Nut Bread.
