You are looking at a command called evict

evict target

Use this to get rid of locked things put in your locations without your permission. Or use it to get rid of an annoying guest.

Criteria:
- You must own the room.
- The target must be in the room.
- The target must not be owned by you.

For now, evicted objects are placed in the homeless shelter.
