A couple of new rooms were seen in the training shed. Just start and find it, explore it, check it out.
You will find a combat training room with information on fighting, as well as a couple of potions to help you get started. There is also combat trainer nearby with whom you can practice.
Unfortunately, combat does not improve your ability to fight just yet, but casting spells does now improve your ability to gain mana.
The council of magi (if there was such a thing) would be very busy right now...
