The SAY box does not process commands.. simply for people who want to do some idle chatter.
The commands box allows all cow commands including:
say who is that masked man
whoch would do something dofferent if you typed:
who is that masked man
Where as typing:
whp is that masked man in the SAY box will neverget confused about if ou want to say it or do it as a command.
