Superblah (disguised as Alter Ego) has created another new public command! This new command lets you shrug your shoulders in a few different ways. If you can't answer something, just shrug. If you can't help someone, just shrug and say, "Sorry." All Superblah had to say about this new command was this, "There's not much to say. All it does is allows a person to shrug. But keep on the lookout for my other new commands." So in the words of Superblah, "Keep on the lookout!"
