After watching someone new to cow look at the screen filled with stuff I found I had to point at things with my finger to show what was what.
I thought the only way I could point things out on someones screen, who was on the other side of the world, was to ping it.
So now you can:
say see the top of the screen shows who is currently logged on _ping 0,0,arrow1_nw,5
or say type in something and press enter _ping 9,8,arrow1_sw,4
The screen is divided into a 9x9 grid
_ping 0,0 _ping 5,0 _ping 9,0
_ping 0,5 _ping 5,5 _ping 9,5
_ping 0,9 _ping 5,9 _ping 9,9
I have added some pinging to the tiny robot in the training shed in an attempt to help clarify things.. now I just need t encourage new players into the training shed!
As always, leave me some feedback with suggestions on pinging. One idea I have is to allow you indicate what is flahsed on the other persons screen eg ping 2,6 <--- click here. I also thought there could be some value in pinging a specific object in the current location eg ping the elephant.
