1. scan your image at a high resolution
2. save it as GIF or BMP
3. open your fav paint program which can re-size
4. resize it to about 400 pixels wide
5. save it as a JPG or GIF or PNG
6. upload it to link: www.imageshack.net
7. get the URL from that site and paste it after img: your object eg..
