Well, now sound works quite fine on my PC with Debian-stable-firefox-mozplugger-xmms. some time firefox loose his l i n k to the external player (xmms) specialy after playing a sound from outside cow (some time without any obvious reason). In this case, typping start makes the sound ability to come back :)
I spent some time practicing my english ear (the right one) with HHG, espacialy #3, the one in the pub with the 6 beer pints :)))
#2 is very difficult.
Today we found a young swift in the garden. It can be too young to fly well, or maybe is it ill. Swifts can not take off from the ground, they must jump in the void to get enough speed to fly. I tried to throw it through the window but it difficultly slow its fall to the ground :(
So I keep it at home, trying to feed it until it gets more strengh.
We go off to Africa (Gabun) on sunday. I hope to have chat with you before we leave.
