You may already have worked this out but:
create a pathway to an clearing
face the pathway leading south
south
location standing in
useful commands here are type:
[read the command called face]
[read the command called south]
[read the command called location]
And remember with pathway/doorway type objects.. they are quantumly entangled so anything you do to one, the same happens (sometimes reversed) to the other.
So when you paint and lock your pathway the lnked apthway in the clearing is also painted and locked.
If you face it south, then the linked pathway in the clearing faces north
If you open it then the linked pathway in the clearing also opens.
Simple really.
