Platform is a space station attached to the space elevator ribbons 35,786 kilometers above Artsutanov/Clarke Spaceport.

At this altitude, any object released from the platform will naturally enter a stable circular orbit around the Earth with a period of exactly 24 hours, therefore remaining constantly above the same point on the Earth's surface, as well as motionless with respect to the platform.

Torch ships depart and arrive at the platform providing express transport for passengers and urgent cargo. Regular shuttles can reach the Moon or the habitats at the Earth-Moon Lagrange points within a few hours.
